This position requires extensive knowledge in data modeling, database design, data warehousing, data analytics, data integration, and data products, as well as a track record of effectively leading complex data architecture initiatives.

Tech Mahindra Jobs Responsibilities:
1) Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Integration, Data Catalog and Governance, Cloud experience (Fabric and AWS), experience with Spark and Kafka
2) Create and implement an overarching data solution architectural plan that aligns with the organization’s business objectives.
3) Work with stakeholders to better understand data requirements and transform them into complete, scalable data solutions.
4) Create and manage a thorough data solution architecture roadmap that includes both short-term and long-term goals.
5) Assess and recommend technologies and tools that are compatible with the organization’s expanding data requirements.
6) Manage the creation and execution of robust data models that satisfy the organization’s present and future needs.
7) Create and deploy robust data models that can handle both transactional and analytical requirements.
8) Maintain data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across several databases and sources.
9) Ensure data models follow industry best practices and standards.
10) Oversee the integration of data from diverse sources, guaranteeing a smooth and reliable data flow.
11) Implement data integration technologies that can handle real-time and batch processing requirements.
12) Implement data management rules and procedures to assure data quality, consistency, and security.
13) Create and implement data governance policies and procedures to assure data accuracy and compliance.
14) Work with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, analysts, and software developers to establish a consistent and integrated approach to data management.
15) Offer technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the data architecture team.
16) Explain complicated technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a straightforward and intelligible manner.
Tech Mahindra Jobs Qualifications:
1) A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar field. Master’s degree or appropriate qualifications (such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Architect) are desirable.
2) A minimum of 8 years of experience in solution architecture roles, primarily building and implementing Azure-based systems.
3) Practical experience creating and implementing large-scale data warehouses, business intelligence, and MDM solutions, such as data lakes and data hubs.
4) Hands-on experience with cloud data production, including administration, configuration management, monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
5) Hands-on experience designing and implementing data warehousing solutions on cloud platforms, especially data ingestion, integration, and transformation; reporting apps; custom analytics; data migration from on-premises to cloud infrastructure; and cloud storage architecture.
